We had an amazing experience staying at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't be more perfect, just across the street from the Sanroku Gondola station. It was so convenient to be able to walk over and hop on the ski lift. The hotel also offers a ski pass vendor and ski storage, making it incredibly easy for us to enjoy our snowboarding adventures. The room amenities were outstanding, with comfortable heating and air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
All in all, we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience.

The hotel is in a strategic location near the ropeway and close to public transportation. the staff was attentive and friendly, and they went out of their way to assist us. We enjoyed the dinners, which had many courses with a Japanese flair to them, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
The hallway had a distinct cigarette scent despite being a non-smoking floor, which was a bit off-putting. we wished there had been more family rooms available and slightly more variety for breakfast.

The limited choice of breakfast was a downside, especially if you’re a picky eater.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location directly across from the ski lift was extremely convenient for me. The hotel facilities had everything I needed to make my trip a success - storage space for ski equipment, changing rooms, and a luggage storage. The staff were super friendly and always willing to help. They even provided a shuttle service to the bus terminal when I needed it! The cleanliness of the hotel was also outstanding.
Nothing to mention.

What a great experience we had over Easter! we loved the fact that the hotel was just a few steps away from the ski lift and the village center. This made it really easy to walk around and explore the area in our time. the suite was very comfortable with all its amenities well maintained. Lastly, the view from our room was stunning and we really enjoyed it!
The only downside to our experience was the price. We felt that the room rate charged was too high and didn't include dinner.
